Welcome to Shoalhaven Heads Native Botanic Garden
Shoalhaven Heads Native Botanic Garden is a community project that is entirely the work of parkcare volunteers.
It has been developed on a 1 hectare (2.5 acre) council reserve at Shoalhaven Heads.
Our Native Botanic Garden is open during daylight hours 7 days a week and warmly welcomes visitors.
Admission is free, but donations assist the volunteers to maintain and further develop the Garden.
Our aims are:
To grow and display Australian native plants at Shoalhaven Heads
To demonstrate what can be grown successfully in our area on the South Coast of NSW
To be a place where people can learn about Australia's wonderful Native Flora
To be a welcoming park, for people's enjoyment and relaxation, be they from our local community or visitors from further afield
